السلام عليكم. سؤالي حول التعويض عن الطرد التعسقي. سني 34 سنة قي مركز للنداء. اجري الشهري الخام 5000 درهم وعندي أقدمية سنة و 4 أشهر مع العلم أنني أخدت أجرة أيام العطلة السنوية والايام التي أشتغلتها دون أجر. سؤالي هو هل تعتبر عندي أقدمية سنتين لانني تجاوزت سنة من الاقدمية وكم ستكون قيمة التعويض تقريبا لان قضيتي مربوحة %99 ان شاء الله لأنه لا يوجد دليل ضدي. شكرا جزيلا.

لا لا تحتسب لك الاقدمية ذلك انه يجب عليك قضاء سنتين داخل المؤسسة المشغلة و بالتالي ليست ...

عند احتساب تعويضات الاعفاء / الطرد/ التسريح من العمل، فإن جزء من السنة يعتبر سنة كاملة، و بما أنك قضيت سنة و 4 أشهر فإن حساب التعويض عن الفصل و حساب التعويض عن الضرر (الطرد التعسفي) سيتم بناء على مدة سنتين، ...
