اريد معرفة هل بالامكان رفع دعوة قضائية ضد المستخدم بعد الاستقالة من الشركة و دعوة قضائية للاسباب مرض مهنيالذي ترتب من طبيعة المهنة لكي يتم تعويضي عن الاضرار الصحية التي ترتبت عن مدة عملي في الشركة انا استقلت من الشركة منذ 7 اشهر
