How to track your case
Follow these steps to track the progress of your case:
1- Enter the case number in this format: (Year / Code / Number). Example: 2024/8101/123
2- Select the court type based on the nature of your case: civil for civil and family disputes, commercial for business disputes, administrative for disputes with public authorities.
3- Choose the relevant court from the list by city.
4- Click the Track button to get your case information.
5- Create a free account to activate automatic email alerts for any updates.
Enter case number
Enter your case information in the three fields: the year (e.g., 2024), the code (4 digits like 8101 for commercial cases or 1101 for civil), and the sequential case number. You'll find this information on the court receipt or summons you received.
Pick court type
Choose the type of court handling your case: First Instance Courts for civil and family matters, Commercial Courts for business disputes, or Administrative Courts for appeals against government decisions.
Choose court & file type

Types of Moroccan Courts
The Moroccan judicial system consists of several types of courts, each with specific jurisdictions:
First Instance Courts (Civil):
Handle general civil cases, family matters (divorce, alimony, custody), and real estate disputes. These are the most common courts for citizens.
Commercial Courts:
Handle commercial disputes between companies, bankruptcy cases, and disputes related to commercial contracts.

The court case number in Morocco consists of three parts: Year / Code / Sequential Number.
Main First Instance Court codes:
