السلام عليكم كنت مكتري شقة لمقر شركتي من طرف أحد أشخاص , قبل أشهر توفي صاحب الشقة و أنا نقلت مقر الشركة لمكان آخر , أريد أن أعرف كيف يمكن عمل فسخ عقد الكراء مع العلم أن ورثة المرحومة ليسو في نفس المدينة فالبعض في كندا .... , هل يمكن أرسال فسخ العقد بالبريد المضمون إلى عنوان الهالكة ؟؟

يجب النظر في عقد الكراء، إذا كان محدد المدة فيتعين احترام المدة المتفق عليها وعند انتهائها يكفيك تسليم المفاتيح او عرضها عينا عينيا على المكري أو ورثته.
