تم تنازل أخي عن منزل كنت قد اشتريته لا كن أبي وضعه في ملكية أخي. و بعد نزاع بني و بين أخي قام هذا الأخير بالتنازل عن هذا المنزل بدون عوض. لاكن أخي أرسل لي مع مفوض قضائي وثيقة غاتها التراجع عن هذا التنازل. فهل يمكنه فعل ذالك؟؟
